My ring was stunning when I opened the box and saw it at first sight. The setting has everything I had asked for (simple, elegant, low profile and classical) and the diamond sparkles so much in every angel in different light. My daughters said to me, "Mum, your ring is so sparkly!" when we were having dinner in a restaurant. I could see it was cut perfectly as I often see the arrows with my naked eyes. It was a perfect match with my eternity ring! I love it and enjoy wearing it all the time! My husband is also very very happy with this ring! It was an amazing diamond with excellent quality and precision. I don't have anything else to say except that I LOVE my ring and thank you so much!

Contemplating making such a special purchase as buying an engagement ring online initially provoked much reservation in me. Not just because I'd be buying a diamond sight-unseen but for the actual distance between Texas and Auckland, New Zealand. I like to research what I'm buying and checked out stores both in the city and online extensively. I decided to try contacting the Whiteflash staff via the Live Chat option on their website and was promptly given excellent help by Sheerah.
She provided the information I needed initially, an estimate on how long I could expect a ring to be made and sent to New Zealand, and followed up with emails regarding any queries I had, as well as pointing me towards a beautiful ring.
Ultimately I didn't end up buying from Whiteflash (some surreptitious investigation about style/design from my fiancee-to-be's friends meant going for something more traditional) but Sheerah's help was wonderful and it hardly feels like Whiteflash is miles away on the other side of the world, more like round the block. Their website has individual photos of their diamonds and their designs are superb and extensive. I'd be buying from them if the design I liked was a goer, and I'd gladly buy from them in the future.

Oh my gosh the ring is exquisite! My heart was racing when I opened the package for the first time. The ring itself is stunning and before I proposed to my girlfriend I found myself sneaking peeks at it whenever I had the chance. My girlfriend is thrilled with the ring too. She says it''s exactly the style she would have chosen if she had chosen it herself and feels quite spoilt. All her friends at work have been swooning over it and grumbling that their rings aren''t as nice. I think it''s really some of the best money I''ve ever spent, we couldn''t be happier.
