Bob, Everything went very well. The ring arived in Boston minutes before I did, and Annie and I are now happily engaged. Unfortunately, neither of our lives has slowed down very much since then, but we both look forward to spending some quality time abroad next year. Thank you very much for your help. It is a running joke in my family about how disorganized my proposal was, and it is the general concensus that had it not been for you, Annie and I would still be waiting for a ring. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
