Unbelievable.

I just wanted to let you know that Sarah and I picked up the diamond. Unbelievable. Not only did he appraise it at a much higher price than we paid, but we also saw it and could not believe our eyes. I think Sarah has spent the past 24 hours straight not taking her eyes off the ring. It is absolutely beautiful, and I cannot thank you enough. Like you said, not yellow at all. I am so happy for having chosen Whiteflash as my jeweler--I have rarely been as satisfied a customer as I am right now. Thank you. When I buy diamonds again (hopefully one day with a bigger salary), Whiteflash will be the first place I look. Again, thank you!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
