Thank you Britney and Whiteflash! The earrings look amazing and the wife loves them.

So, seven years ago, my wife found a picture of a ring on the internet that she fell in love with. Since our 10 year anniversary was coming up, I did some research and found the ring was from Whiteflash. I called them and had the pleasure of working with Britney. She was wonderful to work with and helped put together the perfect ring. The wife is still in love with it today. Buying jewelry without seeing it in person can be unsettling, to say the least. After working with Britney seven years ago, I knew right where to start. This time I was looking for diamond stud earrings for the wife. After speaking with Britney for a few minutes, she was able to suggest a set of diamonds to match my budget. Thank You Britney and Whiteflash! The earrings look amazing and the wife loves them. It has only been 2 weeks, but she has not taken them out yet, and I do not foresee her removing them anytime in the near future. Britney and the Whiteflash team have made a loyal customer.

It was a pleasure working with Becca and the Whiteflash team to design the perfect engagement ring for me and my fiancé!

Becca was great answering any questions I had and providing photos and videos of the diamonds that I was interested in. Every diamond that they showed me was gorgeous and I ended up picking a 2.09ct from their precision lab. They held it for me with a $1k refundable deposit while we were discussing a custom ring. They were very patient with me as I changed the ring design a few times and worked with me until I was 100% happy with the design! After paying for the diamond and ring, it took a little over 4 weeks. It came with a Cherry Wood Ring Box, which is a little on the bigger side, and nice packaging, including all of the diamond certifications. I would highly recommend Whiteflash! The actual diamond/ Ideal-scope/ASET/and Actual Hearts images/videos of their vetted diamonds basically guarantee you'll get a high performance round diamond (if that's what you're going for)!

My experience with Whiteflash was incredible!

From day one, Becca helped me out with the process. I was able to get in touch with her over email and on the phone. She is very patient, explained everything so well, and took the stress out out of the process. She remained in touch throughout and kept me updated. She was very helpful with the stone and ring selection and sent really good pictures and videos of the stone once it was brought in by them. The ring I selected was originally meant for a round stone (and I wanted an oval), and she was quickly able to check for me if that request could be accommodated by the ring-maker. As for the website itself, the experience there was great as well. The filters present on the site for searching stones are great, and I was easily able to narrow down my selection to a handful of stones after I did my research on diamonds (which btw, I would highly recommend - it is pretty cool to know all these cool details about diamonds). The service (aside from Becca) was also very great. They were patient and helped me process my payment through my preferred method.
