After 6 months of engagement, the ring is still constantly sparkling with a lot of fire!

After going to many online jewelers, and many local jewelers, I kept coming back to Whiteflash. I was looking for a very specific type of diamond, and Whiteflash had the most information and reports to make me feel comfortable purchasing. Customer service was great, and I received a lot of guidance over the phone and email from Becca, who was extremely patient with me. Shopping online for an engagement ring can be a very stressful process, and Becca did a great job going over options for settings and also helped me compare diamonds when I got down to the ones I was interested in. My fiancée is in love with her ring and after 6 months of engagement it's still constantly sparkling with a lot of fire. We cannot wait to get married. Thanks so much Becca and Whiteflash!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
