The entire experience working with Whiteflash was amazing. After shopping all of the well known, huge on site and online diamond stores, I found Whiteflash and never looked back. From their state of the art photography and product presentation to the incredibly attentive and prompt communicate, everything was flawless. Brittany provided world class customer service, consultation and communication. She answered every question, every email and walked me through the entire process every step of the way. Even the final receipt was artistic and stylish. They pay a lot of attention to the small details. When the ring arrived, the packaging was what you would expect from a class organization. The Cherrywood ring box was the perfect finish for a great experience. They even sent me pictures of the ring before it was shipped with the same backgrounds and accents that they use to take all of their pictures. Was a nice touch.
