Everything was perfect.

Well, what should I say, how could I find anything I don‘t like about this particular piece?! :) Yes, it‘s amazing indeed, thanks you. I also like the complete information you provide to evaluate the diamonds. With other dealers it‘s often a pain to pull all the info out of their nose (as the saying is in Switzerland) to make a qualified decision. Or they just don‘t have it… The whole process and the status updates were also good. As you can imagine, transferring these amounts to unknown organizations on another continent isn‘t necessarily very relaxing. I did my homework / due diligence beforehand, but still. Everything was perfect. From time to time I keep an eye on other offerings from you which may be interesting to me.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
