I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how very pleased I am with the A Cut Above diamond I purchased from you last week. The diamond was shipped promptly and I picked it up from the FedEx center with much anticipation. I opened the packaging in the car because I simply couldn''t wait to see it. I was very impressed by how carefully everything was packaged. First I should say that the diamond sparkles significantly more than the ""average"" diamond when simply exposed to sunlight. Next, I examined the stone with the Whiteflash viewer to see the hearts and arrows patterns. As an engineer, this pattern is especially fascinating because it is the result of tight tolerances and exacting precision. Simply put I find it incredibly cool from a technical standpoint! I took the diamond to my local jeweler to be set in a ring. The woman at the jewelry store commented that she was impressed and I ""really did my homework"" in selecting this stone. She couldn''t stop commenting on what a beautiful diamond it was and how much it sparkled. I felt very comfortable that my purchase was an educated one, and that I made all the right choices. Although this meant I couldn''t receive the exact stone I picked in the first place you reacted quickly to offer me alternatives and gave me an equally beautiful, comparably sized diamond at a better price. I will tell my friends about Whiteflash.com when they need to find a quality diamond. Perhaps the most important thing I can tell you was the reaction of my girlfriend when I presented her the ring.
