Excellent packaging. Thank you again for the great service!

I picked up the diamond yesterday without any problems. I was concerned about receiving a small box that could possibly be misplaced at FedEx. I felt relieved when I saw the large shipment box that was used. I videoed the unboxing in my kitchen and shared it with my fiancée. It was a very exciting moment. We both agreed that the excellent packaging and tools provided by your company, was very professional and made the handling safe and secure. We are working on getting the stone insured and coordinating with the jeweler for the setting. Thank you again for the great service.

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
