Overall very Satisfied with the custom ring purchase and service
Working with a Whiteflash consultant to find just the right ring was a little slow to start. Partly communication breakdown on both our parts. Once I was able to get the consultant on the phone and talk then they couldn't have been more helpful. She (Sheerah) helped me understand the process and guided me through the process without trying to oversell or push something on me. I decided I wanted to do a custom ring and of course was right up against the 4 week process deadline. To Whiteflash's credit they told me they were very busy and didn't think they could make the 4 weeks before hand. Ten days in I got an email saying my CAD drawings wouldn't be ready for another 10 days. I pushed them a bit and they came through with a high quality ring that is getting lots of ohh's and ahh's. It also appraised for about 15% more than I paid. So two very happy people with Whiteflsh and there service. Would highly recommend.
Only real negative is the payment policy with credit cards. If you pay by credit card they force you to photo copy the front and back of your CC and drivers license and email or fax them. This posses a huge identity theft problem but I was to far into the deadline to fight it.
