I arrived at whiteflash.com as the best online broker that enables one to locate, purchase and customize jewelry that includes AGS000 cut diamonds, i.e., "hearts and arrows"-style diamonds. These are diamonds that I always seek out when purchasing diamond jewelry as my personal preferences for the 4C's of diamond quality are: (1) Cut, (2) Color, (3) Carat, and (4) Clarity. I was able to locate a matched pair of diamonds for my wife's earrings appropriate to these preferences at a reasonable price. As I went through the process of having the custom earrings made the service from the team at Whiteflash was excellent which is a recommendation that I don't give easily. The Whiteflash reps helped me compile all the documentation (AGS certs/Sarin reports) that I needed on a demanding time frame, installed the diamonds in their settings and delivered the completed stud earrings according to schedule. All interactions were timely and professional. I'm very happy with the result!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
