Courteous, understanding & willing to bend over backwards for us.

My experience with Whiteflash was incredible. I finally found the wedding band of my dreams (to match my engagement ring) but was running out of time to purchase the custom design so that it would arrive before our destination wedding. Victoria answered all of my questions and helped me get the perfect ring, two weeks before it was even expected to arrive. Everyone I spoke with (via phone or email) was courteous, understanding and willing to bend over backwards to ensure that it was a wonderful experience. I would use Whiteflash again whenever purchasing jewelry and would highly recommend to others.
