Whiteflash did a great job with my fiancee's engagement ring and custom wedding band, bringing together their ACA diamonds with a third-party designer's rings. Everything was delivered before it was promised, with frequent status updates. Sheerah, the diamond consultant, was always available via email and phone and offered the appropriate amount of advice -- letting me guide the process but adding her expertise and helpful opinions. Debi, the owner, made herself available, too, and Vera, Alan and Krystal were all pleasant and professional. Pricing is very competitive (especially compared to other branded hearts and arrows diamonds), and quality is second-to-none. As others have mentioned, they go out of their way on customer service and make you feel like you are their most important customer. Next time I'm buying diamond jewelry, I won't waste time looking anywhere else. Highly recommended!
