All my dealings with Whiteflash - mainly through Traci was in a word, 'Superb!'. In searching for the perfect engagement ring Traci was patient, helpful, accommodating (especially to the time difference between Australia and the US) and did I mention patient?! The service was exceptional especially considering that Traci even assisted by answering questions about some of the vacation areas we were going to. She and all the staff I dealt with from Whiteflash were also courteous and seemed excited to assist the entire purchase process with a passion for their work. I will definitely be contacting Whiteflash again for any future diamond jewelry purchases.
