Luxury customer service with product to match
My experience with Whiteflash was well above my expectations. Being a website, there's some element of time delay that you expect, rather than that in-person, instant gratification. This, however, was not the case with Whiteflash. I registered to price out a solitaire engagement ring and within an hour of registering, a very helpful woman from Whiteflash was contacting me to talk about what I was looking for. Her questions were directed at helping me make a decision, rather than to help up sell me. This first impression was night and day compared to the customer service I'd experienced with local jewelers and even a well known engagement ring-only store. This was more akin to purchasing a high-end luxury car. This same level of communication and luxury customer service continued throughout my purchase.
The actual product was exceptional. I had it appraised by a well-regarded appraiser in the field, not just a jeweler. Their primary comments were with regard to the high quality construction of the setting and it's appropriate dimensions for the diamond.
The bottom line, luxury customer service, exceptional quality product.
