Very Helpful Experience

They helped me choose a ring, fix problems that came up, and custom make / find a solution for my setting. Service rep was very nice, replied all my emails (and I sent many!) very promptly, and offered lots of great advice for finding the perfect ring. Will definitely refer to all my friends =) Thanks Traci!! Edit: I have to include that I have since upgraded the diamond, and Traci's been SUPER helpful. I was probably one of the worst customers they've had, having sent probably over 100 emails, changing my mind over 10 times, receiving quotes for 4 different diamonds, 4 different settings, ~5 ring resizes, and ~3-4 different nearby shipping locations.
