Very Helpful Experience

They helped me choose a ring, fix problems that came up, and custom make / find a solution for my setting. Service rep was very nice, replied all my emails (and I sent many!) very promptly, and offered lots of great advice for finding the perfect ring. Will definitely refer to all my friends =) Thanks Traci!! Edit: I have to include that I have since upgraded the diamond, and Traci's been SUPER helpful. I was probably one of the worst customers they've had, having sent probably over 100 emails, changing my mind over 10 times, receiving quotes for 4 different diamonds, 4 different settings, ~5 ring resizes, and ~3-4 different nearby shipping locations. Thanks!!! =D

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
