Whiteflash is Outstanding!
I never thought I would buy jewelry online, especially a diamond engagement ring. I can say that it can be nerve racking and tough to make such a decision. However, I can absolutely say that the people with Whiteflash were with me all the way.
I'm sure those that have diamond shopped before will tell you that there's a lot of data that you probably should be looking at before making a purchase. With Whiteflash, this is one of their biggest features. I was surprised at how much info they provided to me upfront so I could make an informed decision. True, some sites provide Idealscope images, but Whiteflash even provides a picture of the ASET scope view and a Hearts and Arrows view.
Secondly, their customer service is by far top notch. The first experience I had where I knew this was the case was when I asked on two separate occasions to see a live comparison photo of three diamonds I was interested in. They presented these to me in a nice side by side view and on the hand. I highly doubt any other diamond merchant would have even taken the time to do that at my request.
Further, their level of service does not stop there. I interacted with every member of their staff including the Vice President and Owner of Whiteflash whenever I had a question about a diamond or if I needed assistance after I made my purchase. Moreover, they were nothing but upstanding in their patience, professionalism, and sincerity in helping me make sure my fiancée was happy; especially after I botched the ring size.
Honestly, I could go on and on about Whiteflash. I'm ecstatic that this first time experience went so well. You can be sure they'll be the first company I consider the next time I'm in need of jewelry for my better half.
