Great customer service & a painless diamond-buying experience
My fiance and I first became aware of Whiteflash after reading glowing review after review on Pricescope. When we first began searching for a diamond for an engagement ring, t we weren't particularly choosy about which vendors we worked with. However, as the search went on, we came to find that there was a reason that Whiteflash received so many great reviews. And it's because not all vendors offer the same level of customer care and services that Whiteflash does.
For instance, some other vendors would be unable to do anything other than provide the GIA certificate and their verbal assurance that the diamond was a good buy, even though they hadn't seen the stone. Whiteflash called in the stones, took multiple hi-res digital photos and made ASET and IdealScope images so that you could see the quality of the cut and the locations of the inclusions.
We were also lucky to work with Traci, who always made sure to call and follow up by email with any new developments. She was always personable and honest and we never felt pressured. She really understands how much of an investment a diamond is and wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase. She even got the photographer to retake some photos when we expressed concern about something we saw in the images. This was a great way to reassure us that we were getting a certain level of quality prior to plunking down thousands of dollars on something we hadn't seen yet in person. And of course, it meant that when we did finally see the stone in person, there were no unpleasant surprises!
All in all, it was a great buying experience and a smooth transaction!
