My experience with Whiteflash was absolutely wonderful. Upon signing up for a user account on the site, I received a phone call from Liza at Whiteflash, offering to help answer any questions I might have and guide me in my search for the perfect engagement diamond/ring. From that point on, Liza was there each step of the way, and helped review potential diamonds with me, providing with her professional perspective of the pros and cons of each. Upon finalizing my order, I was kept in the loop every step of the way as the ring was prepared and shipped. I received the ring yesterday, and it is absolutely beautiful.
