Great experience buying diamond from Whiteflash

Initially, I have doubts buying diamond online. However, after reading so many good comments on a few forums mentioning Whiteflash, I finally decided to give it a try. Their website is very nicely designed. As for choosing of diamond, I have a lot of choices to select the diamond through their website. I am able to preview the diamond online as they do provide all the necessary images and information on that particular diamond on their website. Overall, I had a very good experience buying from them. The diamond consultant, Liza, is very helpful,friendly and answer all my questions patiently. Even after I received the diamond, Liza also dropped me an email asking me about the diamond I bought. They have a very good after-sale service. I will definitely recommend anyone who want to buy diamond to buy it from whiteflash as they provide very good service and the price of the diamond is not too expensive and their ACA diamond can really perform.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
