I was trying to produce a unique diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend -- a difficult-to-find combination of simple elegance, an Asscher-cut center piece, and a quality halo that didn't detract from the star diamond. Whiteflash found a way to get the diamond I wanted though it wasn't listed on their site. They brought it in for evaluation, then produced a custom ring based on one of their designs to fit the Asscher rather than the Radiant it was designed for. The cost difference was very minor and the ring is gorgeous. They even shipped the ring a day early at my request to accommodate my travel schedule. At every stage they responded quickly, sent plenty of emails, showed through photos exactly what they were doing, and just generally made me feel they were earning their keep. I highly recommend them!
