Thank you for your great help in getting the ring out for her birthday – it certainly became a memorable day! An absolutely stunning engagement ring! I had expected the 1.8 ct A Cut Above round diamond to be a really nice stone, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The ring is beautiful, the fire, scintillation, and contrast in the stone even more than I had expected. It is certainly eye-catching in so many lighting conditions. We love the simplicity of the setting, the stone just floats above her finger and is impossible to miss the way it flashes and sparkles. I think most of us never get to see the difference it makes for a stone to be so perfectly cut. We are both bedazzled by this one. Again, thank you for creating another wonderful experience!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
