Everything went according to plan and she loves the ring a lot! Whiteflash, and you in particular, were amazing and I'll be recommending you to all of my friends. Your ACA product truly is amazing and as one learns more and does more research about diamonds it becomes more clear that the most important element is indeed the cut; sounds cliche but I eventually came to this realization myself after doing a lot of comparison on various website and checking on forums. Your guidance on where I could get more bang for my buck in terms of color and quality was also very appreciated and I think many in my shoes find that super helpful so I'd suggest you continue providing that feedback. I have nothing but good things to say about you guys.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
