While I could not have ordered my wife's birthday present at a worse time, with Hurricane Harvey making landfall that week, the staff at Whiteflash treated me with the utmost attentiveness and service. Amidst their disaster, and the delays in creating the jewelry, they were worried I would not receive the present in time, and upgraded me to overnight shipping - completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated! There is always apprehension in purchasing something sight unseen over the internet; while the pictures were beautiful, they paled in comparison to the actual brilliance of the jewelry!
