My experience with Whiteflash far exceeded my expectations

Ultimately, my experience with Whiteflash far exceeded my expectations. I'm so appreciative of the entire team at Whiteflash and your wonderful photographer, as well!. Their professionalism, customer respect, promptness, attention to detail, and general demeanor is a breath of fresh air. With so many people and places to do business with, it means a lot to find a company that separates themselves from the average. I will go out of my way to refer Whiteflash in the future.

My experience with Whiteflash was amazing.

Brittany was very patient and answered all my questions without bias. She worked with me for weeks picking out an amazing diamond and setting within my budget. The selection of quality diamonds was a bit overwhelming, but Brittany walked me through the process knowing I wanted the best quality jewelry not necessarily the biggest carat weight. I did my research comparing GIA reports with those at chain stores and you will get a higher quality gem for less money from Whiteflash. I will definitely work with Whiteflash in the future. The most important thing is my fiancée said YES. Thank you Brittany and the Whiteflash team.

The ring is perfect.

Whiteflash and Michelle were very attentive, always available to discuss any questions on a call, and continued to communicate through the entire process (before order, providing updates on when the ring will arrive, and checking in after the ring arrived).

The diamond is absolutely beautiful.

I read the reviews and figured they couldn't be THIS good. But I stand corrected! Michelle and America walked me through the entire process, answered any questions, and provided reassurance when needed. I could not be more pleased with the end result. The diamond is absolutely beautiful and craftsmanship displayed in putting it in a ring I already have is superb. ANY future jewelry purchases for me will be done through Whiteflash.
