Mohonk Proposal

I made up a ''story'' that my friend at work had tickets for lunch at Mohonk ( http://www.mohonk.com ) and couldn''t use them. Well, it worked, she had no clue. Lunch was held in a large dining room at the hotel, ...couples seating was along the west perimeter with a full window view of the mountains, ...very nice. We had a ''close call'', ...when my manager''s friend (the Chef) approached our table to introduce himself and say hello. Thankfully he didn''t (prematurely) congratulate us, ...since I didn''t give her the ring until after lunch. I decided to do so when we were on the porch overlooking the lake. We were lucky enough that there wasn''t anyone else there, ...so as she was looking over the lake, I pulled the ring out, ...and I said, ...""well,...the real reason I brought you up here was to ask, ...will you marry me?"" She was surprised, ...and after asking, ""are you sure? : ) "", ...she did say yes...We pretty much spent the rest of the afternoon walking around the place; the new spa; the skating rink; the hotel, ...etc. That place is truely amazing. The weather was even relatively ''warm'' for December so it was nice to walk around outside as well. Thanks again for all your help, ...and of course she loved to ring too...
