After reading good reviews of Whiteflash I connected with them several times online with many questions about buying a diamond engagement ring. My diamond consultant helped me through all my questions at different times across several days, both through online chat and prompt follow-up emails from her. She said customer service reps don't work on commission, and she was tremendously patient with more-than-average questions from this worry wort. Especially important, she also worked with me on my tight timeframe, and assured me that she checked and double-checked estimated production and ship dates and that I should get my ring on time, which I did! The ring itself is beautiful, exactly as I ordered it. Very happy with it. In spite of great policies and available imaging for individual diamonds, I would not have gone with Whiteflash if the customer service didn't feel genuine. I want to give a major thumbs-up to Whiteflash for making the whole process feel like something I can be proud of, relaxed, and confident. Thank you!
