Cordial, very patient, responsive, and not pushy

I would like to express my very positive experience with Whiteflash, which has been excellent on many levels. The communication I had with all the people at Whiteflash was very pleasant, from the chatline to the last sale person: cordial, very patient, responsive, and not pushy. Moreover, every statement made by the representatives was sound and verifiable, which made the experience also educational. The bill with $25 welcome discount was a nice surprise, a little gesture that built my trust for Whiteflash. The document holder with the documentation accompanying the ring is also a nice touch that enhances the product. Finally, the product is well priced and the price does not fluctuate with outrageous discounts, which would undermine my trust in the company. This has been my experience with witheflash so far, and it has been a refreshing one.

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations.
