Whiteflash's communication surpasses anything I have experienced

Everything looks very good. Also I want to say that for once in my online buying experience your company's communication surpasses anything I have experienced. From ordering, processing, and shipping I was very surprised at the amount of communication for this transaction. Almost too much :), but it is sure a welcome change to some other online retailers I have dealt with.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
