Thank you very much for all your help with the engagement ring! We LOVE the ring, it's so gorgeous! I have even skyped it so that my mom and grandma could see the ring real-time. And they love it too! I really appreciate all your help and advice throughout this process. You were very resourceful and pleasant to interact with, you offered great expert advice and were very patient with diamond novices like us. All in all, you are a wonderful team! Coming from business settings especially, we really can sense the level of commitment and quality you put into your business.
