I came to Whiteflash to buy an engagement ring after having a tough time and bad experience with a local jeweler. The website was very straightforward and easy to use. They provide excellent real pictures of their in house diamonds, along with several other images of the diamonds in various scopes. It was a very open and honest explanation of each diamond. This was the exact opposite of my local jeweler that was reluctant to even show me a diamond report. I used the live chat a couple of times to get opinions on different stones. They were always available, honest and helpful. I purchased my ring, made payment via wire and then requested to have the diamond delivered to me on a specific day. They were happy to help me out, and I received the diamond on the day I needed it. I would highly recommend Whiteflash to anyone purchasing an engagement. Use their live help or telephone number and get some opinions from the experts. They are always happy to help!

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations.
