I do want to thank both you for all the time you spent on the phone with me, and for being such a huge help in my decision. I''m especially appreciative of the fact that your total level of customer service was just what one would hope for when spending $4,000 or even $40,000. It says a lot about your values, and the standards by which you do business. I think a new pair of earrings will have to be next, and I look forward to coming back to you for those.
