I do want to thank both you for all the time you spent on the phone with me, and for being such a huge help in my decision. I''m especially appreciative of the fact that your total level of customer service was just what one would hope for when spending $4,000 or even $40,000. It says a lot about your values, and the standards by which you do business. I think a new pair of earrings will have to be next, and I look forward to coming back to you for those. I will certainly be sharing with my friends how extremely positive my experience with Whiteflash was. And posting a picture of the ring when it''s done.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!

We had a great experience with Whiteflash. We're very excited and the ring is beautiful and she really likes it. Not only did we love the ring, but also the service. We worked with Liza, and she was exceptional. She answered all of our questions, sent us videos of the ring when we weighing our options, and was very polite, professional, and responsive.
