I wanted to thank you for all your help. The ring is beautiful and you guys did such a great job of walking me through the entire process. I picked up the ring at the Fedex distribution center two weeks ago on schedule and then headed to Vegas with my girlfriend (now fiance). I proposed in front of the fountains at the Bellagio. She said yes. She loves the ring. And so does everyone she's showed it too. I was somewhat hesitant about ordering the ring online, but it couldn't have been easier. Thanks to you! I was blown away by the level of attention and care you provided. From suggesting alternate diamonds to upgrading me to overnight shipping and providing me with the detail on exactly when my ring would be available for pickup. You took care of everything. And I am very grateful! You guys did an incredible job!
