I received the setting today and had the diamond set. I don't consider myself well-informed in the jewelry department, but the ring is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with it. I can't express how comforted I felt dealing with them throughout the process. I really didn't feel like just another customer, and that made all the difference. Regardless of how great your products are, I believe it is the people working for Whiteflash that truly make this an excellent company. There weren't canned responses according to policies, you kept your word on things such as when I would receive a phone call. I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude for all that you've done for me and my soon-to-be fiance.
