Amazing customer service, Fantastic Diamond and Value
I began my search for my first ever online purchase of diamond jewelry on the internet, having previously been a customer of B&M stores. Having learnt a fair bit more about diamonds than I thought i would on the very-helpful pricescope forums, I had taken a look at the pricescope vendor's various websites that had been highly recommended and after looking around at a few websites, found that Whiteflash had by far the most user-friendly website and excellent presentation of information regarding the individual diamonds. In addition, other reviews had stated that your customer service was excellent, something that I would personally experience and entirely agree with.
My only niggle with regard to the website is the lack of even higher magnification photographs and clearer copies/direct links of the certificates from AGS which would make it easier than having to manually feed the information back into the AGS website to pull the official copy of the certificate from the database.
Now, my personal order was attended to by Liza several times and despite multiple requests for information, and a later upgrade to my order in the middle of the process she was always very patient and helpful.
Now, on to the most important part of this email. The Ring!
All we can say is, the Diamond exceeded expectations!!! Having been a previous customer of Tiffany's and Cartier, I decided to put the ACA diamond to the test at both our preferred stores, I was VERY impressed when, having compared our ring to more than 7 pieces of the same and superior colors and clarities, my Fianc?©e announced that the ACA stone was SIGNIFICANTLY better, and when we brought it to Cartier, that the stone had similar performance to their stones! (I blamed this on our ring not having been polished just before the challenge), I was in fact quoted almost NINE THOUSAND USD more for a diamond of the (nearly) the same size, and exactly the same color and clarity, for a similar light performance! Needless to say, the price differential for a high-end brand name in Asia clearly does not make economic sense at all!
So I must issue a big THANK YOU to the team at Whiteflash for all your help and patience, and for giving me and my fiance an amazing engagement ring!
