Pleased with everything in this experience!

I came by on Tuesday and picked up the ring. I think the best way to sum up my reaction is that I am speechless. I knew going in what the ring was going to look like, but when it was presented to me, I was filled with nothing but happiness and excitement. At that moment, it became real. I am highly impressed with it, and more importantly, the customer service of WF. We will probably plan to purchase the wedding bands from WF as well when the time comes. I am planning on proposing on Easter in front of our families, so I am a bit nervous. Excited, but nervous. At the end of the day, I really am pleased with everything in this experience. I want to thank you personally for assisting in every way. Thank you.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I'd recommend using Whiteflash and you'll be in good hands with Becca!

I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
