Naz and I just want to thank you for the work you've put in for us to ensure that my rings come out perfectly. I have received lovely shots of my rings from Becca and shipment confirmation from Abraham. Our experience with Whiteflash and her wonderful team of staffs has been nothing short of the best. I would personally give Whiteflash a triple ideal ratings, for ideal products, ideal service and ideal everything else! Please thank the rest of your team who were responsible for making our purchasing experience of something important, which hold precious meaning to us for a lifetime, on our behalf. :) Please also send our thanks to Debi, for being there on chat on weekends. And for entertaining our incessant questions with courtesy, and much friendliness. We also know now that she's actually the CEO and one of the founder of Whiteflash (to our huge surprise!). We really thought she was just one of the staffs! From the way she corresponded with us, no one would have guessed that she's the CEO! She's so down to earth and humble :). And we feel honoured to have her assist us the first time. :)
Whiteflash now has us as customers for life! We will be back for Naz's ring when we're ready. And we'll be sure to email you directly for that purchase when the time comes. I will also let you know our thoughts on my rings as soon as we received them. At first, I was sceptical after reading what seemed to be ""too good to be true"" reviews and testimonials from your previous clients. But now I know why!
After all this, I can say that our only regret is not being able to see all of you, to thank you and shake your hands (I would give you a hug Traci!!) in person. If fortune allows, we might just be able to fly to Houston and visit your office to purchase personally. I'm still short of a pendant, a pair of ear rings, a bracelet... :p A girl can't really have too much diamonds can she??
