I'm sorry I didnt contact WF the moment I received the goregeous ring. It looks EXACTLY as intended... Even better than I expected. It matches the engagement ring I purchased from whiteflash perfectly! I want to personally thank the entire staff at WF for doing such a great job with both of these rings. I have nothing but praise for you guys and will recommend WF for my jewelry company of choice! Thanks again!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
