Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say THANKS A MILLION for your help in selecting my earrings! They are absolutely beautiful, I LOVE them! They sparkle like mad and bring a ton of light to my face. I love the settings too they are very delicate and pretty and sit really comfortably in my ears. I really can''t say enough about the quality of the stones and the excellent workmanship on the settings. Thanks also for taking a look at these stones yourself and for being my eyes since I counldn''t do it in person. I really, truly appreciate all your efforts on my part. You are a great customer service rep, the BEST! Thank you for ALWAYS helping me with a smile on your face (which I can detect over the phone) and a friendly can-do attitude. No matter the multitude of questions I ask or the numerous modifications I wish to make or whatever you always give great advice and are extremely accomodating and keep me so happy it''s ridiculous.
