Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say THANKS A MILLION for your help in selecting my earrings! They are absolutely beautiful, I LOVE them! They sparkle like mad and bring a ton of light to my face. I love the settings too they are very delicate and pretty and sit really comfortably in my ears. I really can''t say enough about the quality of the stones and the excellent workmanship on the settings. Thanks also for taking a look at these stones yourself and for being my eyes since I counldn''t do it in person. I really, truly appreciate all your efforts on my part. You are a great customer service rep, the BEST! Thank you for ALWAYS helping me with a smile on your face (which I can detect over the phone) and a friendly can-do attitude. No matter the multitude of questions I ask or the numerous modifications I wish to make or whatever you always give great advice and are extremely accomodating and keep me so happy it''s ridiculous. You are a true gem amongst other stellar people on the WF team! Please also pass on my heartfelt thanks to all who made all my purchases seamless. Have a wonderful week!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
