Jaw Dropping

At first, my sister told me to go to a big jewelry store at the upscale mall to ask for an opinion, but I told her that I would like to ask you first. That''''''''s why I decided to send an email to you, a father of ACA :-) I am so glad that I did. By the way, my sister''''''''s jaws dropped as well when she saw those arrows. She is a pharmacist, so she always uses microscope to examine those ugly particles. She said she never saw any diamond as beautiful as yours. But when I showed her hearts, she was freaked out because of that dark mark. I just called her a few minutes ago to let her know your explanation. I had to cut through about five layers of stuff to get to my pendant. It seemed like Xmas time :-) I am very happy about the whole experience and the end result.
