At first, my sister told me to go to a big jewelry store at the upscale mall to ask for an opinion, but I told her that I would like to ask you first. That''''''''s why I decided to send an email to you, a father of ACA :-) I am so glad that I did. By the way, my sister''''''''s jaws dropped as well when she saw those arrows. She is a pharmacist, so she always uses microscope to examine those ugly particles. She said she never saw any diamond as beautiful as yours. But when I showed her hearts, she was freaked out because of that dark mark. I just called her a few minutes ago to let her know your explanation. Thank you very much for taking time to answer my concern. You''''''''re so gracious and courteous. I''''''''d like to say ""big thanks"" for your great service and packaging as well. I had to cut through about five layers of stuff to get to my pendant. It seemed like Xmas time :-) I am very happy about the whole experience and the end result. I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process.
