At first, my sister told me to go to a big jewelry store at the upscale mall to ask for an opinion, but I told her that I would like to ask you first. That''''''''s why I decided to send an email to you, a father of ACA :-) I am so glad that I did. By the way, my sister''''''''s jaws dropped as well when she saw those arrows. She is a pharmacist, so she always uses microscope to examine those ugly particles. She said she never saw any diamond as beautiful as yours. But when I showed her hearts, she was freaked out because of that dark mark. I just called her a few minutes ago to let her know your explanation. Thank you very much for taking time to answer my concern. You''''''''re so gracious and courteous. I''''''''d like to say ""big thanks"" for your great service and packaging as well. I had to cut through about five layers of stuff to get to my pendant. It seemed like Xmas time :-) I am very happy about the whole experience and the end result. I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
