Jaw Dropping

At first, my sister told me to go to a big jewelry store at the upscale mall to ask for an opinion, but I told her that I would like to ask you first. That''''''''s why I decided to send an email to you, a father of ACA :-) I am so glad that I did. By the way, my sister''''''''s jaws dropped as well when she saw those arrows. She is a pharmacist, so she always uses microscope to examine those ugly particles. She said she never saw any diamond as beautiful as yours. But when I showed her hearts, she was freaked out because of that dark mark. I just called her a few minutes ago to let her know your explanation. Thank you very much for taking time to answer my concern. You''''''''re so gracious and courteous. I''''''''d like to say ""big thanks"" for your great service and packaging as well. I had to cut through about five layers of stuff to get to my pendant. It seemed like Xmas time :-) I am very happy about the whole experience and the end result. The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
