Very Impressed By the Quality

I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for all you did for me during the diamond buying process. First of all, I am so very happy with the Cut Above diamond that I chose. At the jewelers yesterday, as I was dropping off the diamond to get it set, I finally saw what you were talking about, and how amazing it was compared to all the other diamonds in their case - the lady helping me was very impressed too! I can''t wait to pick it up next week. Second, thank you so much for your patience with my distress and how often I changed my mind. It wasn''t until that night that I realized why I was having such a hard time choosing and getting so emotional - it wasn''t about the diamonds at all, they were beautiful - but they didn''t look like my original diamond; and putting them on felt like putting on someone else''s ring, and the grief of losing mine was hitting me; putting on another ring made its loss seem so much more real. So, I just really appreciate how kind you all were. I know I will have just as many years of wonderful memories attached to this new one. And if I ever do decide to upgrade, you will be the first one I call. :)
