Just Amazing

I have the ring in my hands now! Delivered to my office before lunch, right on FedEx schedule! Too hard to believe everything went as smooth as picking up a carton of milk at the supermarket...just amazing! The ring? Even MORE amazing! The WF toolkit should have included a pair of shades...what a gorgeous diamond! I have never seen this kind of sparkle before and the workmanship on the setting is exquisite as well. You made me an extremely contented customer :) Rest assure I am going to spread the word in Singapore about WF, buying diamonds online cannot be easier and you give local retailers a serious run for their money! I have always advocated online shopping and it''s people like you who prove me right by giving sublime service from start to finish. Oh another piece of amazing news, for some reason I was not charged any tax on this ring by Singapore customs! According to customs law I should have been charged a 5% goods tax for the value of this imported item...I checked and budgeted for this....but I guess it slipped through! :) What a nice financial windfall! From the bottom of my heart, thanks a lot for assisting me in this wonderful purchase. I look fw working with you again soon, wedding bands should be due later this year :)

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. Everything turned out beautifully, and most importantly, she absolutely loves it!

I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
