Amazing Customer Service

I was extremely wary about making a jewelry purchase via the internet. It''s extremely difficult to judge a diamond ring when you can''t see it in person, which is one of the things I was worried about. I knew that the diamond I was looking at looked good on paper, but that doesn''t always mean it will look good in real life. You were extremely helpful. You guided me through the entire process and made me very comfortable. I can honestly say that Whiteflash''s amazing customer service is the reason I purchased a ring through WhiteFlash.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
