I''ve been intending to write you for awhile now since I''ve had my ring for a few weeks, and I''m sorry it''s taken me so long. My excuse is now that I have my ring,. I''m in the heart of wedding planning mixed in with preparing for our long-time scheduled Italy trip, which is fast approaching. Thank you so much for all your help in diamond selection and custom design. You were great talking with me so many times. I look at my new ring everyday and am still surprised at how beautiful it is. I must say I feel my diamond is more gorgeous than anyone''s I''ve seen. White. Sparkly. Large. It''s beautiful. I just wanted to thank you and Leon for all your help. Zak and I are very happy with the outcome and receiving many many complements.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The diamond earrings I purchase for my wife’s birthday came out beautiful.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
