It looks Extraordinary!

I got the Diamond yesterday, and it looked extraordinary! While I was getting it out of the box, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! I want to thank you, and everyone else at Whiteflash for helping me get my diamond. I truly do appreciate the extra effort that went into fitting within my time frame, my budget, and my desire for a colorless and flawless diamond of an exceedingly rare cut. Everyone there has been extraordinarily helpful, but your customer service was truly the deciding factor. I doubt there''s anyone as well informed as the Whiteflash team. I''ve bought quite a few things online, but never have I had such prompt, courteous service from an Online vendor. Everyone who does business online should take a page from the Whiteflash customer service book, as you truly have an amazing team, and an amazing process for keeping your customers updated during every part of the transaction. Every update was much appreciated, and I can''t thank you enough for making the purchase so painless. Now for the hard part...getting her to say ""yes"" =). -Rob p.s. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!

We had a great experience with Whiteflash. We're very excited and the ring is beautiful and she really likes it. Not only did we love the ring, but also the service. We worked with Liza, and she was exceptional. She answered all of our questions, sent us videos of the ring when we weighing our options, and was very polite, professional, and responsive.
