Our definition of eye-clean: No inclusions visible to the naked eye of a person with 20/20 vision when viewing the diamond in the face-up position at a distance of approximately 10 inches under normal overhead lighting. Distance, lighting and human vision all influence this judgment.

This was an easy way to educate ourselves, design a ring, and have it delivered securely. I was referred by someone in Australia and I purchased this in the US. Ring was as described in the CAD designs, plenty of tweaks till we thought it was perfect.

TLDR: Drove from Dallas to Sugarland for their quality service. They have plenty of options when trying on sizes and shapes, magnetic band for easy diamond swapping. Got an ideal cut and had a custom band. Highly recommend giving them a shot. ————- I went to multiple stores and a lot gave mediocre service. I wanted a shop that had diamonds of various size and shapes so my girlfriend could try them on. Images aren’t helpful when you need to see them on hand. Whiteflash has a magnetic band so you’re able to attach every shape and sizes around 1-3 carat diamonds. Possibly 4 ct but I forget. This was super helpful to me so that I could narrow down the size and shape when filtering on their site after the appointment. Cut: if you go for their precision lab they’re all Ideal level diamonds. The most important aspect of a Diamond. This is what I got and happy with it. There are other options to fit your budget Color: In person I was able to get a range to compare and went with an E. Helpful in narrowing down my options which is the most time consuming. Clarity: just get anything above VS1, I went VS2 but beyond that you’re just paying for nothing. Size: I was super picky on proportions. Some ovals were too tall which made it look narrow. Too wide and it’s a circle. Their website made it easy enough to filter based on dimensions but ask for those measurements in person so you have a reference when you filter. It took around 4 weeks to build the custom band and we had a few corrections because the CAD designs they sent made the ring look super thick but they adjusted that until we were satisfied. Another thing to figure out in person.
