Prior to starting the engagement ring shopping process I underestimated the importance of shopping with the right place. Early on in the process I browsed at other local shops and large name chain diamond retailers, but the second I landed with Whiteflash I noticed a huge difference. Their responsiveness, ability is locate a multitude of settings, and expansive knowledge led to a very memorable experience. Although they were states away from me I received customer service up and above anything I would have found else where. When my fiancee saw the ring the first thing she said about it was "how did you know!?!" ..... talk about a great feeling. Thank you Whiteflash!!
