I have to say I am completely in awe of you and your teams customer service. Having worked in various levels of IT support for the last 10 years I can truly appreciate the knowledge, level of professionalism, and response time of your entire team. Your customer support model is one that should be striven for in any business. In regard to the actually e-ring, it is even more impressive in real life than in the excellent pictures that I was provided prior to its arrival.
