I was very nervous making a big purchase online, especially something I did not know very well, diamonds and jewelry. I had a very pleasant (thorough and not rushed) journey finding the diamond I wanted it and the ring setting for an engagement ring. Michelle Adams helped me through the process, and after some phone calls she clarified all my doubts. The whole process was exactly as advertised, I was kept informed all the way. The ring was shipped the day I was promised, and it came with the certificate and in a beautiful red box, as you can see in the webpage. I am extremely satisfied with the product I purchased and my fiancee loved the ring.
