I got my engagement ring with the great help and service of Becca who helped guide me through the entire process. I'm an out of state customer and I found the digital / online experience to trump every other interaction I've had with brick & mortar jewelers around me in CA - she got back with any close up picture and video requests promptly which was a huge help. The beautiful diamond also helps. Thank you to Whiteflash, Becca, and the rest of the finance/accounting team who made it a seamless process! Thanks! (Photos were beautiful too, and great to be able to pass on to family & friends who are virtual).
